CATELLI® HEALTHY HARVEST® Flax Omega-3 pasta is a source of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are a factor in the maintenance of good health. The Omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic is an essential fatty acid. We need to obtain it from food sources since the body is not able to produce it. An 85 g serving of CATELLI® HEALTHY HARVEST® Flax Omega-3 Pasta provides 0.8 g of omega-3 polyunsaturated fat. Adults need about 1.1 to 1.6 g of ALA omega-3 fat daily.
