The Catelli^® "Healthy Harvest^® Cooking Challenge" (the "Contest")

Please read the Contest rules in their entirety. By entering this Contest and clicking on the “SUBMIT” button, you are deemed to have read, agreed and represent that you have complied with all Contest rules.

1. THE CONTEST: The CATELLI^® HEALTHY HARVEST^® Cooking Challenge is open to residents of Canada who are at least 18 years old at the start of the Contest Period, and is subject in all respects to the laws of Canada and its Provinces and Territories. The Contest is an online contest being conducted by Ronzoni Foods Canada Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsor”).

2. The Contest begins at 12:01 AM ET on February 11, 2010 and closes at midnight ET July 7, 2010, (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest Period").

3. To be eligible for the Grand Prize draw, the Contest requires the entrant to do any one of the following:

• Vote on a video or text recipe during an eligible voting period, see below for voting schedule;
• Submit a video recipe which meets challenge requirements, during a given challenge period, by uploading the video in his or her profile on the contest microsite website; or
• Submit a recipe which meets challenge requirements in text format along with a photo of the final dish, during a given challenge period, in his or her profile on the Contest microsite website.

4. HOW TO ENTER:   NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  To enter, access the Contest website at (www.catellihealthyharvest.ca). Once at the Contest entry page, follow the on–screen instructions for entering the Contest.  Fill in the required information and submit your entry by clicking on the "SUBMIT" button, and then submit a video or text recipe in English or French along with photo, or vote for your favourite recipe to complete your entry. As a registered entrant, you will have the ability to revisit the website at a later time to complete a recipe submission and/or vote daily. 

5. WEEKLY DRAW:  Each week, visitors to the website will have the opportunity to vote on-line for their favourite recipe submitted during the previous week’s challenge. 
On the next business day, following the end of each weekly voting period, the top three (3) recipes with the highest number of votes will be declared winners of the weekly challenge and be included in a CATELLI® HEALTHY HARVEST®  online cookbook. The top one (1) recipe with the highest number of votes amongst the top three (3) winning recipes will also win a $100.00 CDN check issued by BAM Strategy "Contest Administrator" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest Administrator").

6. THE GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) GRAND PRIZE for the CATELLI^® HEALTHY HARVEST^® Cooking Challenge Contest. Grand Prize potential Entrant will be selected by random draw amongst all eligible entries received online: The selected potential Entrant will receive a one (1) $10,000 check issued by the Contest Administrator.  Retail value of the Grand Prize is $10,000 CDN.
Prizes must be accepted and claimed as described and are non-transferable. In the event that the prize winner is unable to claim the prize due to reasons beyond the control of Sponsor, or their agents, and all parties associated with the prize, no compensation or substitutions will be provided. No modification will be made to the prize. No other prize substitution is permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to change or substitute the prize and/or alter the prize according to availability. This promotion is not combinable with any other promotion or offer.

7.  SELECTED ENTRANTS:  The selected potential Entrant of the Grand Prize and/or Weekly Challenge Cash Prize will be notified by mail or telephone or email and will be required to sign and return a Standard Declaration and Release with respect to eligibility / liability / publicity (the “Contest Documents”) within ten (10) business days of notification. If a selected potential Entrant cannot be contacted by mail or telephone after two (2) attempts or fails to return the completed Contest Documents within the specified time, selected entrant will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate entrant will be selected. All decisions of the judges will be final. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes will be administered as checks and mailed to the selected entrant by courier.

8. SUBMISSION DEADLINES:   Final submission deadline to be eligible for the Grand Prize draw, for the Contest Period is 23:59 on July 7, 2010.  The Grand Prize potential Entrant will be selected by random draw on July 8, 2010 from all eligible entries received online. Final submission deadlines to be eligible for weekly prizing for the Contest Period is 23:59 on the last day of each submission period based on weekly challenge schedule displayed below. All submissions, including video recipes and recipes submitted in text format along with associated photo become the property of the Sponsor and none shall be returned.

9. BONUS ENTRIES:  
Any registered entrant can increase his or her odds of winning the Grand Prize draw of $10,000 based on one of the conditions outlined below:

• Each time a registered entrant refers five (5) friends that register for the contest in turn, the registered entrant will receive one additional bonus entry into the Grand Prize draw irrespective of the challenge period.

• Each time a registered entrant cumulates five (5) video recipe submissions, the registered entrant will receive one additional bonus entry into the Grand Prize draw irrespective of the challenge period.

• Each time a registered entrant’s friend submits a video recipe, the registered entrant will receive one additional bonus entry into the Grand Prize draw irrespective of the challenge period.

• Each time a registered entrant cumulates five (5) individual votes within the same voting period, the registered entrant will receive one additional bonus entry into the Grand Prize draw.

10. LIMIT: There is no limit to the number of video recipes or text recipes that can be submitted within a given challenge period. Limit of one (1) vote per person, per recipe submission, per day per voting period.

11. Entries must be the original work of the entrant, may not have won previous awards, may not have been published previously, and must not infringe upon any third party’s rights and must be suitable for publication at Sponsor's sole discretion (without limitation, obscene, indecent, excessive violence, sexually explicit, discriminatory or other morally or legally objectionable depictions or material will be disqualified). Entrant consents that any third party and that any subjects who appear in the video/photo have granted his or her consent to the posting of the entry on the website if it is chosen in the weekly contest and the use of his or her name, city of residence, video image and/or photograph in any related publicity without compensation.  The Sponsor, their advertising and marketing agencies are not responsible for any claims or liabilities arising out of any matter related to the Contest and the prizes. Recipes must be submitted in English or French only. Sponsor is not responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, damaged, corrupted, illegible, or incomplete entry, or any entry that is submitted in a manner that is not specifically allowed under these Contest rules. Sponsor is also not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical malfunction or human error which may occur in the processing of an entry causing it to be late or otherwise incorrect or for any entry not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted internet connections or miscommunications, or to other electronic malfunctions, delays, or errors including defects of computer systems or websites utilized in the contest, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alterations of an entry. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry by a person(s) determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest, as solely determined by the Sponsor.

12. By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and any and all decisions of the judges, who shall be the final arbiter on all matters relating to the Contest.  All entries, including submitted video recipes, submitted text recipes and the photos associated with each recipe, become property of the Sponsor, and none will be returned or acknowledged.

13. The Sponsor is collecting personal data about entrants for the sole purpose of administering this Contest.  No further informational or marketing communications will be received by entrants unless entrants provide Sponsor with express permission to do so on the online form.  By completing the entry forms, all entrants consent to the collection, use and distribution of their personal information by the Sponsor for the sole purpose of administering the Contest.

14. The entrant grants Sponsor the right to use, publish, adapt, assign, edit, dispose, and/or modify such use any submission to the contest microsite of a video recipe and/ or text recipe with photo, in any way, in commerce and in any and all media worldwide, without limitation or compensation to the entrant. Submission of a video recipe and/ or text recipe with photo further constitutes the entrant's consent to irrevocably assign and transfer to the Sponsor any and all rights, title and interest in and to the a video recipe and/ or text recipe with photo, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights.  By accepting a prize, a winning entrant consents to the publication of the winning entrant’s names, biographical information and likenesses. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Rules and the decisions of the judges and to release the Sponsor, its outside agents or consultants and the independent contest judging organization (together the “Contest Parties”) from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Contest, or the downloading or accessing of entry materials, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize awarded herein.

15. Proof of entering information at website is not considered proof of delivery or receipt by Sponsor. False and/or deceptive entries or acts of any kind shall render entrants ineligible to receive a prize. Contest Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing or advertising of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of prize(s)/prize winner(s).
 
16. The Sponsor accepts no responsibility for inaccurate information that has been provided in the Contest by an entrant.

17. ELIGIBILITY:  This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.  The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority within the province they reside at the start of the Contest Period.  Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or related companies, advertising or promotional agencies, the independent contest administration and judging organization or members of their respective families living in the same household are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

18. QUÉBEC RESIDENTS ONLY:  For residents of Québec, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of the prize may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Quèbec, only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

19. A list of winners may be obtained by mail by writing to “Catelli^® Healthy Harvest^® Cooking Challenge, 420 McGill, suite 400, Montreal, QC H2Y 2G1” within 120 days after the Contest Period.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
